A team from the Dar es Salaam Yacht Club is paddling 40 kilometres of open water from Dar es Salaam to Pungume Island in the Zanzibar Archipelago.
Every stroke is for a child in Tanzania facing a cancer diagnosis – and the financial, logistical, and emotional weight that brings.
