I am running in the Kilimanjaro half marathon for the second time this year to help raise funds for childhood cancer services in Tanzania.
TLM is dedicated to expanding it’s support to every child in Tanzania battling cancer, providing them with high-quality treatment at no cost, with the aspiration for a sustained and healthy life.
While I am not a trained runner (expect plenty of stops along the way), running this “challenging” race is nothing compared to the battles fought every day by these remarkable little people.
Helping me reach my fundraising target will contribute to realizing TLM’s vision: ensuring that no child in Tanzania dies unnecessarily from cancer.
